Cable Equipment Efficiency Test-benches
Cable Test Bench (CTB) is capable of performing the following three types of tests on automotive mechanical cables –
- No-load
- Backlash
- Efficiency
It automatically synchronizes with linear Cylinder to push and pull and plot colorful graphs, having different colors for forward and backward signals. Option to zoom in and view a close view of the graph is available. Complete data is saved in excel file as well as graph images are saved in the data folder automatically. The corresponding PDF report is generated automatically and saved in data folder.
Dual Channel Triple Axis Inclinometer
Dual-Channel Triple Axis Inclinometer (DCTAI) device is capable of measuring two analog voltages (0-5 volt) and Corresponding Angles (Roll Pitch Yaw) specifically designed for electronic pedals. It automatically synchronizes with the linear actuator to push the pedal and retract it back. It plots two colorful graphs, one with data point and one with lines, having different colors for forward and backward signals. Option to zoom in and view a close view of the graph is available. Complete data is saved in excel file automatically.
