CASE STUDY 1
Product:
Company: Allied Mining Company
Problem: To measure the movement in rock-bolted tunnels or mines, a mechanical single tell tale is used. The mechanical version did not have a system to automatically give warning in mines.
Solution: An improvised version of the mechanical single height tell tale that had an LED warning bulb, signaling whenever the roof of the mine dilated to 5mm or more.

Product: Environment Monitoring System
Company: RRSC-ISRO Nagpur
Problem:Pollution levels in cities are increasing rapidly nowadays and it’s very important to get real-time data on the environment. There was a need for a device which will cost less and has the capability to send data to web servers.
Solution: Solar power stand-alone device that incorporates one of the latest IoT applications that gives users real-time access to weather data from different locations in areas covered by the mobile networks. 8 Different parameters of the environment are gathered simultaneously by the system. All the data is collected and sent to the Server by the GSM/GPRS Module by using M2M Sim.

Product: E-Bike Rental Controller
Company: Auter Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Problem: For the e-bike rental model, it must be capable of tracking the location of the bike, monitoring the vehicle battery status and must have the capability of switching the bike on and off.
Solution: An IoT-enabled device that incorporates GPS and GSM to track the location and update the server every 5 seconds. This device is equipped with BLE to connect with the App and give the user control of the vehicle from the app. Websocket communication is implemented to give admins remote control of vehicles.
